This may be the position for you!!Description:Responsible for managing and collecting payments on a portfolio of delinquent accounts to bring their accounts up to date. Of the 1800 accounts, 150 - 180 are going to make up each portfolio be focused on (average). The account managers have a little more flexibility, can use analytical thinking and manage the accounts the best way you feel necessary. No scripts.Key Responsibilities: Places outgoing calls and takes incoming calls. Completes required applicable paperwork including sending all required collection letters. Documents all account activities. Makes recommendations to team leader on accounts for possible repossession. Participates in training with Team Leader, Supervisor, Training Websites, and others to ensure proper knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations.Skills:collections, outbound, call center, Loans, Customer Service, collection calls, past due accounts, past due collectionsTop Skills Details:Customer Service / Call CenterComputer SkillsStrong verbal and writing skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to multi task and hold conversations with their customers.
