Job summary:To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Quality Auditor located in Salt Lake City, Utah What a typical day looks like:Ensures accurate data collection.Conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.Helps department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions of audits findings, tracking to resolution.Initiates product/process improvements.Helps filing of audits and maintenance of records.Monitors and report metrics to meet business needs.Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow up and analyzes rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Use of the following skills/tools may be required: Electronic Assembly: color code, component, schematics, touch-up, commercial soldering, mechanical assembly, surface mount assembly, point to point wiring; Inspection: bare board, loaded components, cable/harness, microscope, measuring tools; Mechanical & ElectricalAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organizationInternal certifications such as ESD, forklift, etc.What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical benefits, dental, visionLife InsuranceMatching 401KPTOTuition ReimbursementEmployee discounts at local retailersKL24Job CategoryQualityRelocation: Not eligibleIs Sponsorship Available?NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
