Description: American Equipment is seeking a highly visible Sr. FP&A Analyst to drive culture, analytics, and organizational improvement through quantitative financial and operational examination. We are looking for an individual that is driven by a challenge and eager to contribute in a rapidly growing private-equity backed environment. • Develops sophisticated, data driven models to drive business decisions and identify strategic opportunities in partnership with senior leaders in Sales and Operations
• Drives annual budget process with multiple operating entities
• Collaborate with other teams to provide value-add analysis and reporting
• Assist in creating key KPI dashboards and benchmarks to identify opportunities to drive operating improvement
• Work closely with all levels of management to assist in the annual budget process
• Perform data and analysis for board meetings
• The scope of responsibility for this position will grow as the American Equipment family of companies continue to grow. Requirements: What you need to be successful:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, primarily relating to developing and maintaining financial models
  • Experience in financial forecasting
  • Experience in creating company-wide annual budgets
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to prepare professional written and oral presentations regarding financial and operational analysis
  • Comfortable offering your opinion, even if it differs from those around you
  • Open to listening to and considering opinions that differ from your own
  • Experience with Private Equity backed companies is a plusRequired Education
    • BS Finance or related quantitative field required
