solve incredibly complex problems and deliver amazing
experiences.We are looking for an Accountant to join our team.
(This is an entry-level accountant position.) This position will
prepare financial reports to tract the organization's assets,
liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, process accounts
receivables/payable, and other related financial activities. Who
you are:You are someone who sees crunching numbers is part of your
daily cardio. You love a good puzzle, whether conducting an audit,
working through corporate taxes, or just figuring out the right way
to handle a particular transaction. You are meticulous and like to
have everything in order (e.g., financial records arranged
systematically) so you can retrieve a record/report at a moment's
notice. What you will be working on:Performs general cost
accounting and other related duties in the accounting
departmentPrepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income
statements, and profit and loss statementsMaintains the general
ledgerCodes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts,
and closes the monthly booksReconciles bank accounts at least
monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from
banksReconciles customer accounts and manages accounts receivable
collectionsVerifies payment of invoices associated with accounts
payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate
accountsProvides outside auditors with assistance; gathers
necessary account information and documents to perform annual
auditFiles required tax forms with federal, state, and local
government agenciesAs appropriate, coordinates with software vendor
to maintain accounting software system; recommends updates to
enhance the accounting softwareMiscellaneous projects and other
related duties as assignedYour Skillset:Foster, support, and value

degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline requiredOne to
three years of accounting experience requiredknowledge of general
financial accounting and cost accountingUnderstanding of and
ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting
principlesInterface with other departments, customers, and vendor
representatives Highly proficient with accounting
softwareProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar
softwareSuperb organizational skills with high attention to detail,
efficiency, and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Positive Attitude Self-starter with the ability to
prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet
deadlines Work effectively independently and as a member of a team?

to 50lbs, communicate with event staff in environments with
