Primary responsibilities include modeling, budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation & explanation, variance analysis, market analysis, & ad hoc financial analysis. An ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.Primary Functional ResponsibilitiesManage annual & quarterly budgeting processSupport the accounting close by reviewing variances from forecast to identify any necessary adjustments to the financial statementsDrive profitability & EBITDA through reporting initiativesCraft monthly KPI presentation to communicate business trends to senior leadership.Make recommendations for corrective actions by identifying gaps, trends, and areas of improvement in profitability of key customers & product families.Perform ad-hoc modeling, analysis, and segmented financial statement preparation as needed.Required Experience & SkillsMinimum of 3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis or related experience required.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)SQL experience preferredAbility to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members from multiple internal departments (including senior leadership), challenging and developing others as appropriateSelf-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and "do what it takes" attitude
