team as a Senior Financial Analyst:The Senior Financial Analyst's
primary role is to lead the Company's Financial Planning &
Analysis, and is responsible for providing financial planning and
analytic support for the overall enterprise and designated business
areas including developing and managing budgets, forecasts,
long-term planning, strategic modeling, and control field and
market pricing dynamics. This position provides framework and
analytics for monitoring and delivering financial targets as well
as working with Operations to optimize analyzing their data and
performance. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will work in
close association with the Accounting Department to assist in
various analysis and reporting.Our Finance team is based in our
Cottonwood Heights, UT corporate office. You will report to the VP
of Finance. After initial training, you will be eligible to work a
hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week.
This position may require travel up to 10%.This position has a
competitive salary plus the opportunity to receive an additional

include:Financial Planning and Analysis (70%):Overseeing activities
such as developing strategies and long-range plans, directing
investments, preparing financial reports and developing financial
procedures, according to organizational objectivesResponsible for
annual budget processForecasting revenue and expenditures and
cashInterfacing with department heads to determine needs and
allocate resourcesMonitoring financial reports to guard against
lossesDesigning, monitoring, and maintaining authority on product
prices, back-end programs, spiffs, discounts, etc. on the
enterprise customer baseHelping design appropriate projects and
implement new proceduresPreparing monthly analysis of revenue, cost
of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and
budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help
mitigate the risksPartnering with Product Management and Purchasing
Team in determining financial impact due to product cost
reductions, new product roll out, etc. and prepare periodic
forecasts to update management on projected resultsAnalyzing
financial performance against key business metrics and document
pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to
determine progress against budgetsIdentifying, investigating, and
analyzing potential operational improvementManaging credit team
(30%):Create and maintain credit guidelines in accordance to the
risk level of the company and the accountDevelop and enforce sound,
acceptable credit policies, including metric-driven goals to
increase cash flow of organizationMonitor receivables and
collections and provide updates of receivables through company
reporting proceduresManage staff of 2 credit and collection
clerksThis job may be a great fit for you if you have:Bachelor's
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field required3+
years experience as a Financial AnalystKnowledge of finance and
accounting practicesStrong mathematical and computer
skillsEffective written and oral communication skillsStrong
organizational and interpersonal skillsGood attention to detail
with the ability to recognize discrepanciesAbility to work in a
team environment and to work independently, manage multiple
assignments, and meet tight deadlinesStrong computer skills are
required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as
Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Microsoft BI and
