BIG is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Planner who will provide leadership in all facets of the supply chain side of the company. This position will be responsible for purchasing and demand & supply planning to ensure product in stocks are a top priority. They will manage all aspects of the purchasing forecasting, supply planning and production planning for the brands and product categories they are assigned. This position will work closely with the assigned Brand teams and Supply Chain team to order the proper amount of inventory to support production in our factories and ultimately support our product sales. The position will report to and work with the Senior Director of Global Planning & Supply Chain to plan and execute short term and long-term strategies to ensure continued success in a fast paced, high growth environment.The successful candidate will ideally have worked in a fashion-oriented manufacturing environment and have extensive knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning & ERP systems along with the ability to create and maintain strong supplier relationships.Manage demand & supply planning and purchasing for assigned brands/categories/SKU's in Demand Works and supply planning/ERP systems.Develop sales forecasts, inventory plans and budgets for assigned brands and categories working closely with finance.Business analysis and reporting to support financial forecasting.Lead new product forecasting, supply planning & consensus meetings and manages new product performance reporting and meetings.Direct replenishment process for all assigned brands/categories/SKU's including new product launches working closely with brand counterparts.Lead replenishment strategy & manage spend $ for brands/categories managed in accordance to Open to BuyDetermine optimal purchase quantities for all managed brands, categories, and SKUS.Work closely with Purchasing Agent for placement of purchase orders in NetSuite and order confirmation with suppliers.Creation and management of demand & supply planning tools.Create & manage sales & inventory reporting for internal customers.Manage warehouse materials and store fixtures purchasing.Oversee the billing research process.Management of in stock reporting, logistics and cost of goods.Case pack optimization and MOQ management.Forecast accuracy management, reporting, root cause analysis and action planning. Supports consensus forecast & S&OP processSupplier communication with respect to purchase orders, production and active purchase order management of ongoing shifts in purchase orders to optimize brand/SKU inventory positions.Supports factory capacity and raw material planning (future raw hair, etc.)Materials management & authorizations.SKU rationalization for brands & SKU's managedAd hoc analysis and ability to create reporting as required by the business.Updating of Supply Chain dashboardsManagement of S&OP process and reporting for assigned brand categories working with finance, brand and other business partnersRequirements:5+ years of experience working in a supply planning, S&OP or similar roleStrong analytical skills with ability to implement successful change.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and prior experience working with supply planning systems (i.e., NetSuite, Demand Works, etc.) is strongly preferred.A bachelor's degree is preferred.Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers.Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong computer skills (i.e., NetSuite, Grow, Tableau, etc.).Ability to solve problems and make decisions while working under time constraints.Must be detail oriented yet flexible in a fast-moving environment.International procurement and shipping experience a plus.About the CompanyBeauty Industry Group is a high-growth, leading consumer beauty products company with an exciting and growing portfolio of beauty brands.
