Overview The Tax Manager will oversee and manage tax compliance and
planning for high net worth individuals and various entities. The
role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as
well as excellent analytical skills to provide strategic tax advice
and support to clients. Key Responsibilities Manage tax compliance
and reporting for high net worth individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps,
Partnerships, and trusts. Develop and implement tax strategies to
minimize tax liabilities for clients. Review and prepare federal
and state tax returns including 1040, 1120S, 1120, and partnership
returns. Advise clients on tax planning opportunities and
implications of financial decisions. Stay updated on tax
regulations and changes to ensure compliance and inform clients
accordingly. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during
tax audits and inquiries. Provide business consulting services
related to tax matters. Supervise and mentor junior tax staff and
accountants. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field. CPA or EA designation required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus
on tax management. Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local
tax regulations affecting high net worth individuals and
businesses. Experience with tax compliance software, preferably CCH
Axcess or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and attention
to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for
