detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to manage client
accounts, oversee billing communications, and ensure accurate
payment processing. If you have experience in accounts receivable,
billing, and customer service-and thrive in a fast-paced
environment-this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Process
incoming rental agreements Manage and file claim invoices Post,
verify, and record customer payments Create and maintain company
accounts Ensure account accuracy and resolve discrepancies Support
internal and external audits Handle monthly billing paperwork and
maintain customer files Provide exceptional customer service What
