Job Description:
Provides spare parts sales and technical support for a local
client. They are a global company but have a local office in SLC.
This is not a call center. Great opportunity to work for fantastic
company.
Duties: Provides the highest professional level of services and
creates a positive working relationship between our client and the
customer, understands and supports established sales policies and
procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers,
communicates with customers by email or telephone in a
professional, expeditious and business-like manner, quotes price
and delivery for customer quotations or inquiries, confirms price
and delivery on received purchase orders, and enters orders into
ASW ERP system, and resolves other customer issues associated with
documentation, pricing and shipment errors in a professional and
respectful manner.
