- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
- Pay:$15.50 hourly (DOE)
- Status:Full-time

Role and How You Will Make a Difference Office Specialists are
responsible for:
- Checking clients into their appointments and inform respective
parties that client is there
- Providing clerical support
- Providing outcome-focused care activities as directed by
supervisor
- Coordinating with billing and insurance providers
- Sending in renewal authorizations and concurrent reviews and
check the status of insurance for clients regularly ACT (Assertive
Community Treatment) is an intensive outpatient "hospital without
walls" treatment model that outreaches to individuals with severe
mental illness/substance use disorders at elevated risk of
psychiatric crisis For this role and program, we are looking for
someone who has
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Associate Degree (Preferred)
- Two years of behavioral health or customer service experience
(Preferred) *Due to our commitment to client health and federal
mandates, we require that all employees obtain the COVID19 & flu
vaccines (provided for free within 30 days of employment if
