Administrative Specialist for our clinic in Salt Lake City, Utah.As
an entity of the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation,

place!Job SummaryOverview: The Executive Administrative Specialist
provides high-level administrative support for Sacred Circle
Healthcare's Executive Team. Ensures executives can efficiently
accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. Manages the schedules
and communications of the Executive team including prioritizing
emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for
meetings, confirming appointments, and coordinating travel
arrangements.Reports to: Executive DirectorDepartment:
ExecutiveBusiness Unit: Sacred Circle AdministrationPatient Care:
NoWorker Status: Full-time, HourlyBenefits Eligible: YesWork
Schedule: To Be Determined with the availability of 8:00 am - 6:00
pm Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required
as job duties demand.Location: Salt Lake Main ClinicSupervisory
responsibilities: NoneThe successful candidate:Acts as a point of
contact for individual Executive team members.Provides high-level
administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails,
drafting memos, creating agendas, and preparing communications for
individual executives based on need.Handles various administrative
details for the executives with initiative and good
judgment.Manages the individual Executive team member calendars,
including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive
matters.Organizes Executive Team meetings, including scheduling,
sending reminders, preparing meeting materials, and organizing
catering when necessary.Works closely with the Executive team to
keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and
responsibilities, following up appropriately as needed. Maintains
comprehensive and accurate records.Screens visitors and determines
what level of support they need.Answers and directs telephone
calls, and appropriately relays important information promptly,
clearly and maintaining confidentiality as required. Minimum
RequirementsAn associate's degree or equivalent education and
experience of 7+ years' as an executive/personal
assistant.Preferred Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in a related
field.Certifications or completed coursework on administrative
software. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of management
principles.Knowledge of organizational policies and
procedures.Knowledge of MS office.Knowledge of office procedures
and support.Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress
environment.Ability to prioritize job responsibilities to ensure
that workflow is smooth for clinic efficiency.Ability to maintain
high levels of confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as
part of a team.Ability to think strategically and plan. Ability to
multitask and prioritize.Ability to establish effective working
relationships with high-level executives.Skills in communicating
and organization.Skills in time management and meeting deadlines.
