We are looking for Customer Service / Data Entryto be based at our Salt Lake City, UTOffice location.Senior-level position that provides leadership and management to a customer service support organization servicing multiple products and services. Executes business strategy and processes to adapt and support customer requirements. Initiates and/or implements corrective action for complex customers and issues as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.Who You Are:Detail Oriented with a focus on Customer ServiceSkills You Bring:Must have excellent follow through and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignmentsVendor and supply chain familiarityBasic mathematical skills to include working with measurements, fractions, and decimals.Must be able to multi-task under high stress situationsBasic experience experience of drawing in Auto-Cad preferred.What you will be doing:Uses a desktop terminal to retrieve customer information, status information about orders, and to assist customer with order changes.Follows up on inquire. Works closely with expeditor in production control regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments.Handles the needs of sales representatives and customers.Logs all quotes and estimates into Axapta order entry system or other log. Organize and compile quote information into follow up sheets for sales representatives.Work closely with Sales Reps, customer service, and management to deliver accurate quotes and reliable quotes to customers.Other duties / projects as assigned.Why Trulite:Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
