Balancer/Operator is a full-time data entry position that requires
a person who is friendly and reliable. In addition to the data
entry side of the job, we are looking for someone who works well in
a team environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is accurate
as well as comfortable communicating with coworkers. The customer
service aspect of the job is important but limited to speaking to
bank tellers regarding customer transactions and scanned work. This
position also requires occasionally covering for our daytime
Operator position. *Position starts at $35,360.00 ($17 per hour)
*Benefits include: Health Coverage (with HSA) Eye & Dental PTO (120
hours to start, increasing to 160 hours at 3-4 years employment,
200 hours at 5-19 years employment, and 240 hours at over 20 years

Disability/Long Term Disability *Full-time - 5 days per week
Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Coverage Duties Part of this
position is being willing to cover for our daytime Operator when
they take a day off. This includes learning that particular
position and working a slightly different schedule on those days.
The coverage position is from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and can happen on
20-25 PTO days in a calendar year. Responsibilities *10-key/data

Qualifications A high school degree or GED equivalent is preferred
