Lead, HRST People Analytics & Reporting, Program Evaluation and
Sensing Researcher
People Analytics & Reporting (PAR) collaborates across Talent and
the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business
challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational
change. Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach
that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to
identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the
business.
The PAR Program Evaluation and Sensing team collaborates closely
with Talent stakeholders to support the evaluation of pilots,
programs, and services (e.g., designing performance management
pilots through A/B testing for meaningful insights, evaluation of
learning and other talent programs) to ultimately bolster Talent's
brand as a data-driven organization and to enable us to evaluate
progress on business-driven talent priorities and to provide
actionable insights.
PAR is looking for an innovative evaluation researcher who designs
appropriate measurement strategies to evaluate new pilot
initiatives as well as existing talent programs.

customer-centric, digitally enabled talent services.
Qualifications
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of
factors that are considered in making compensation decisions
including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training;
licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational
needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the
applicable geographic differential associated with the location at
which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical
for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for
their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range is $86,425 to $159,165.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual
incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program,
whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including,
without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
