Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Business Intelligence
Reporting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and organize data from various sources, including learning
management systems, employee performance training records, surveys,
and other relevant systems
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to
learning and development
Design, build, and deploy BI solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information
systems or equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years' experience in Oracle BI, SAP Business Objects,
etc
Knowledge of Data Warehouse platforms and languages such as Python,
R, Scala, SQL, etc
Experience working with multidimensional data sets/databases
Strong MS Office skills, especially with Power BI and Excel
