*Description*

Magnum Bikes is looking for a graphic designer to join the team. The candidate should possess a natural eye for design, solid graphic design capabilities, and impeccable communication skills. The graphic designer's function is to assist in maintaining the highest level of marketing performance through innovative graphic design, creative asset management, and creative content coordination and creation. If you thrive on creative exploration, find satisfaction in knocking out fast turnaround times, and yearn to be a part of a small hands-on design team--- this role is for you.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Perform design work to support marketing initiatives including graphic design tasks and content coordination
* Think creatively to develop new design concepts that align with marketing goals and strategy
* Assist in content editing; determining the size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, font style and size, color and logo use
* Prepare rough drafts of material based on a creative brief for materials such as email newsletters, social media , vector designs, digital assets, and print assets
* Update existing marketing materials with current information, fresh copy, images, and logos to maintain brand image and consistency
* Organize design and media assets
* Collaborate with the marketing team on new initiatives, promotional ideas, design improvements, and more
* Collaborate with promotion execution and implementation as needed
* Collaborate with videographer on projects
* Collaborate with the creative team on product and packaging design

*Qualifications*

* 2-3 years of experience
* A portfolio of your work is required to apply
* Bachelor's degree
* Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite

*Suggested Software Proficiency *Adobe After Effects

* Autodesk
* AutoCAD Software
* CAAD Software
* Microsoft Publisher
* Microsoft Visto
* QuarkPress
* Corel and CorelDraw Graphic Suite
* Apple Final Cut Pro

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
