This position will be located in Roy, UT and support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.The selected engineer will work with the architecture, systems engineering, and test teams to develop a cohesive model-based architecture supporting the total system lifecycle, participate in technical reviews, and provide customer support.Primary Responsibilities:

      This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of relevant engineering experience or a Master's Degree and 3 years of engineering experience.
      • Active DoD Secret level clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
      • Able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)
      • Strong understanding of general system engineering principles
      • Requirement analysis, allocation, and tracing
      • Ability to trace system requirements through the development cycle
      • Coordinate among multiple disciplines to balance requirements
      • Finalize the electrical design, support prototype and final hardware build & test
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Familiarization with DoD systems and subsystems (e.g. weapons platforms, C2ISR platforms, SATCOM, IFF, RADAR, radios, data links, munitions)Preferred Qualifications:
        • Experience with Communication Systems
        • Experience with ICBMs
        • Experience analyzing network applications for communications systems. (Familiar with network architecture and analyses)
        • Strong background in network design and management
        • Experience with Agile development
        • Experience with Model Based System Engineering with an understanding of DODAF and SysML
        • Proficiency in DOORS and Cameo#GBSDsystems"

          Salary Range: $87,600 USD - $131,400 USD

          Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
