This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What you'll get to do:This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with preferred knowledge in the fabrication, assembly, system integration, and testing. The candidate will be involved in assisting other NG sectors and suppliers with developing a Manufacturing Plan, conducting Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRA), and executing the startup of a new program. The candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, have the ability task orient, and communicate effectively with varying levels of Customer, NGC, and Supplier employees and leadership.Job Responsibilities:Provides technical and administrative leadership and guidance to the program Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Suppliers for developing the manufacturing planning and successful preparation and execution of MRA'sImplement Lean practices in a production and/or business environmentUnderstand that erroneous decisions on their part will result in probable delay and failure of organizational objectivesDevelops processes by studying requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipmentCollaborates with Design Engineering on design and manufacturability issuesCoordinates with the integration team on day-to-day activities. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
