The Investment Banking Division (IBD) works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. Whether advising on a merger, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or structuring an initial public offering, we handle projects that help clients at major milestones. The Team IBD Finance Engineering provides the technology platform for the office of the Investment Banking Chief Financial Officer to manage the division's financial performance. Our team builds and manages end to end solutions covering applications, big data processes and business intelligence solutions alike leveraging best in class technologies. Engineers are responsible for driving Api Integration architecture coupled with Messaging infrastructure, across On Prem and Public Cloud vendors, digitizing the Financial Management, Client Onboarding and Expense Management Solutions. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL As part of our global team, you will be responsible to drive the design and the development of our Finance Engineering ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role with the expectation to drive the strategy, understand our products, work closely with end-users to deliver business value every step of the way. Responsibilities:

• You will be a Senior -Engineer who will -work on our Java micro services and -Spark/Scala based ETL
• Build and transform IBD finance on prem -platform to strategic AWS cloud ecosystem
• You will be a senior leader impacting a global team leading user interactions and design discussions
• Collaborate with IBD Finance and operations -to build out the platform
• Potential integration with Salesforce Service Cloud BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Expected at least 5+ years of experience in delivery of business solutions using full stack, both hands-on roles
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Java Spring Boot and delivery of microservices and knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Spark, Scala ETL technologies and SQL technologies
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience with ReactJS framework or similar
  • 3 years of experience collaborating with git in a multi-developer team
  • Attention to detail and exceptionally high standards is a must
  • Experience architecting, designing, and developing applications in an Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure cloud environment is an add on
  • Comfort with Agile operating models
