you to join our growing team as an Associate Quality Engineer. The
Mission Assurance team monitors mission assurance program
specifications and processes to ensure the mission success of the
program and works with the various teams to promote continuous MRB
reduction and process improvements are implemented. In addition, we
assess program performance and risks to contractual requirements
and help to determine resources and activities to ensure

role may be filled as an Associate Quality Engineer or Quality
Engineer.Essential Functions / Responsibilities:Develop and
implement program quality inspection plans,Work with the
Engineering team to ensure that part requirements are correctly
described and documented in the production work plans.Participate
with corrective action or improvement teams and promote the use of
data to assist in the improvement effort.Preparation of first
article inspection packages for internal approval or presentation
to the final customer.Processing of MRB nonconformancesSupports the
Program, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams with data
analytics for improvement processes.Conduct or support internal
audits, process observations, and area assessments.Interfaces with
manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor, and subcontractor
representatives to ensure requirements are met. Basic
Qualifications:Associate Engineer Mission AssuranceBachelor's
Degree in a STEM discipline and no years of experience; or a high
school diploma and four years of experience in related fields or
composite manufacturing, mission assurance, and qualityActive DOD
Secret Security Clearance was last investigated within 5 1/2 years,
and the ability to obtain special program access.Experience
conveying technical information (both written and verbal)Experience
with M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPointEngineer Mission
AssuranceActive DOD Secret Security Clearance was last investigated
within 5 1/2 years, and the ability to obtain special program
access.Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 2+ years of
Quality Engineering and or Mission Assurance work experience; OR a
master's degreeKnowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article
InspectionsPreferred Qualifications:Prior aircraft manufacturing
experienceAbility to read and interpret GD&T drawingsKnowledge
of Root Cause and Corrective Action methodsKnowledge of continuous
improvement principlesKnowledge of data analysis methods and
tools.Background in CompositesWork schedule:Opening on B & D
shiftsMust be willing to work any shift.Work schedules can vary,
with the following shift options:Shift A Monday - Thursday 10 hr
per shift- 6:00 am - 4:30 pmShift B Monday - Thursday 10 hr shift

positions.Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $91,000 USDSalary Range 2:
$73,400 USD - $110,000 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
