construction.The position: Project ManagerThe Project Manager role
is responsible for managing and executing -projects ranging in
scope and scale. - -They are excellent communicators who can set
appropriate expectations and follow through. They have experience
in implementing lean principles, have a strong technical foundation
and are comfortable shifting between strategic and tactical. They
own all aspects of the project from collaborative planning through
final completion. -Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for the
development of structural systems and the technical content and
quality control for -projects -Manage information in the drawings
and deliver high quality projects on time and within budgetUse your
experience and advanced understanding structural engineering design
to provide value to our clientsBuild and maintain trusting
relationships with clients. - Actively seek opportunities to grow
our firm. Constantly seek opportunities to improve self and
practice. Lead and participate in continuous improvement
initiatives.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Extracting client
needs, synthesize multiple data points and communicate back to team
and client in clear effective mannerProficient in the use of
computer analysis software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, etc.)Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to
communicate succinctly and effectivelyAbility to lead and supervise
an internal project teamDetail oriented with strong interpersonal,
problem solving and team building skills -Experience Education and
LicensurePE Required5+ years of experience in the structural design
of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood frame structures -Bachelor's
degree Required MS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering,
Architecture, Construction Management (structural engineering
