Industrial Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, UT and
will support the GBSD Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.

competitive relocation assistance package.What You'll Get To Do:The
Industrial Engineer will support and lead the deployment and
execution planning efforts across the different EMD sites.
Experience in high rate production, crew sizing for optimization,
analyzing and developing sequence of operations, improving work
flow for efficiencies, and methods for maximum utilization of
personnel and facilities. Possess knowledge and understanding of
master production scheduling, material requirements planning, and
manufacturing business systems. Must be able to travel up to
25%.Responsibilities/Skills Requirements:Strong foundation in
Industrial Engineering fundamentalsProficient in the principles of
capacity (efficiencies, standards, constraints, etc)Knowledge of
manufacturing flows and how they interface with shop floor and
Global Supply ChainExperience with project and manufacturing
schedulesUnderstanding of schedule waterfall build with setbacks to
independent demandsPart of the responsibility can include factory
and facility layoutExperience with cost management (Earned Value,
Milestone payments)Engage and collaborate with programs and
functional organizations (from individual contributors to executive
staff) to obtain, understand, and interpret manufacturing
facilitation and scheduling requirementsWork with functional team
to understand scheduling requirements at implementation
siteDocument, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely
resolutionPossess strong leadership, organizational, planning and
decision making skills and the ability to work as a team member and
with other members from different technical backgroundsEffective
verbal and written communications skillsAbility to manage multiple
priorities and self-starterAbility to present (PowerPoint, speaking
in front of upper management, technical presentations vs
overviews)Ability to visualize and layout routings (Flow chart,

schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through
Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related
technical discipline. A minimum of 5 years of related experience
with a Bachelor's degree; 3 years with a Master's; or 0 years with
PhD.Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain an
interim Secret Security level clearance pre-start, with the ability
to obtain a final Secret Security level clearance

$79,700 USD - $119,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
