Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Verification Engineer in
support of the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air
Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of
hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic
Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch
Facilities and associated infrastructure. This position is located
in Roy, Utah. This role may offer a competitive relocation
assistance package.The selected engineer will be responsible for
developing requirement verification plans for a large, complex
system. The engineer will also assist with and oversee the daily
activities of a team performing requirements and system
architecture analysis, deriving test requirements, developing
detailed model-based test plans, and developing and reporting
metrics.What You Will Get To Do:Model Based Systems Engineering
with emphasis on UPDM, DODAF, and SysMLPerform in a collaborative
environment requiring the engineer to work with architecture,
product design, and test teams across all system
functions.Longer-term, objective-based assignmentsCreation of
project plans and actively guiding them to completionProblem
resolution and process improvement recommendationTraining and
mentoring teamsOccasional travel to Northrop Grumman and Government

day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday
off.#GBSDSystemsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
from an accredited university and 14 years of experience with
Bachelor's degree, 12 years of experience with Master's degree, 9
Years with PhD.Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation
within the last 6 years or in Continuous Evaluation (CE)U.S.
Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Special Program
AccessAbility and desire to rapidly learn a complex system spanning
many engineering disciplinesAbility to break down complex behaviors
and functions into testable componentsAbility to exemplify
continuous learning and self-growthAbility to effectively present
results and challenges to engineering teams, technical and program
leadership, and customer representativesAbility to comfortably work
with geographically dispersed teamsExcellent 2-way communication
skills (upward and downward), collaboration and interpersonal

and managementPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Model Based
Systems Engineering principles, approaches, and toolsExperience
using requirements management toolsExposure to the Agile
methodology, particularly in a systems engineering domainExperience
in test and verification planning of large systems of both hardware
and softwareSalary Range: $139,000 USD - $208,600 USDEmployees may
be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
