Mission Assurance Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse
individuals. This position will be located Clearfield, UtahAs
quality engineering, we define and monitor mission assurance
program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of
programs. We assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability
and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and
suppliers are in accordance with contractual requirements. We
assess program performance and risks, and help to determine

Principal Engineer or Senior Principal Engineer Mission Assurance
depending on the qualifications below.Responsibilities include the
following:Authoring documentation to instruct operations on
successful execution of quality requirementsManage and coordinate
non-conformance containment and corrective action implementation
activitiesLead data collection, analysis, and customer
interfaceWrite and manage risk mitigation actions and assuring
their implementation.Contribute to design change control reviews
and implementationSupport internal audits, process observations and
area assessmentsEstablish and maintain collaboration partnership
across functions and programs, customers, program management, and
other support organizationsOur team is exceptionally

Engineer:Bachelor's Degree STEM discipline and 5+ years of Quality
Engineering and or Mission Assurance work experience; OR a Master's
Degree and 3+ years of work experience; PhD and 0 years of work
experienceKnowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article
InspectionsCurrent active Secret clearanceSenior Principal
Engineer:Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of Quality engineering and
or Mission Assurance work experience; OR a Master's Degree and 7+
years of work experience; OR PhD and 4+ years of work
experienceKnowledge of Inspection Plans and First Article
InspectionsCurrent active Secret clearancePreferred
Qualifications:Prior manufacturing experienceAbility to read and
interpret GD&T drawingsKnowledge of Root Cause and Corrective
Action methodsKnowledge of continuous improvement
principlesBackground in CompositesWork schedule:Opening on B & D
shiftsMust be willing to work any shiftWork schedules can vary,
with the following shift options:Shift B Monday - Thursday 10 hr
shift 3:30pm - 2:00 amShift D Friday - Sunday 12 hr shift 6:00 pm -
6:30 amSalary Range: $90,400 USD - $135,600 USDSalary Range 2:
$112,000 USD - $168,000 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
