Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Test Engineer.
This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the
Sentinel - Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. This
role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What
You'll Get To Do:You will be responsible for designing, developing
and implementing testing methods/equipment in support of test
execution. You'll achieve the aforementioned by/with/through
first-hand experience, leveraging SME experience and/or referencing
Northrop Grumman (NG) Standards, Processes & Procedures
(SPP).Specific roles and responsibilities will include:- Identify
and facilitate the resources needed to successfully execute test
plans/procedures- Will be responsible for helping to develop and/or
author Internal Work Order (IWO) Statement of Works (SoW) in
coordination with test planning and performing IWO.- As the
Integration &Test execution focal, oversee the execution of
assigned System Engineering (SE) test plan(s)- Oversee the
completion of technical reports and test results in addition to
ensuring that all required documentation is properly stored via a
Test Data Management System (TDMS)- Support lab-standup efforts-
Complete and/or support Test Readiness Reviews (TRR)- Frequent
collaboration with external Integrated Project Teams (IPT)- Must
possess the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic
environment, including critical thinking and technical
problem-solving skills- Technical Writing for test execution
products- Prepare and present reports, briefings, documents to

work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who
work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other
Friday off.You'll Bring These Qualifications:- 9 years of
experience with a Bachelor's of Science; 7 years with a Master's
Degree; 4 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may
be considered in lieu of a degree.- US Citizenship with an Active
Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with
the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP)
certification.- Experience with test planning, test execution and
test data management- Experience or knowledge of system integration
and test principles involving requirements and test
planning/proceduresThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:-
Bachelors Degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) filed of study from an accredited institution.-
US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher
(awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a
Special Access Program (SAP) certification.- Experience using Model
Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) software and Computer Aided Design
(CAD) Tools (i.e. CAMEO, DOORS, NX)- Experience working in an agile
team- Recommended: Experience working in an AGILE environment using
software such as JIRA, Confluence etc.- Test set
calibration/validation and test script development experience-
Demonstrated experience operating in a large integration and test
environment- Experience with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle
Management (PLM) software- Previous MMIII experience- Experience
with Engineering technical writing- Hands-on experience in
equipment maintenance, fabrication, assembly, power, hand and
measuring tools- Aerospace / ICBM maintenance experience- Knowledge
in the mechanical and/or electrical development of support
equipment design solutions
Salary Range: $101,600 USD - $152,400 USDEmployees may be eligible
for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses
are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
