• large and rewarding projectsJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager- Mechanical to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering team and ensuring the successful completion of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems in buildings, including HVAC and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the mechanical engineering team and ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with other building systems
  • Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems in buildings
  • Ensure that all mechanical systems meet industry standards and comply with building codes and regulations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team and other departments as needed
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practicesQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
    • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, HVAC, and plumbing design
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Knowledge of industry standards and building codes and regulations
    • Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
