Braun Medical's Avitum division.This includes performing on-site and telephone technical support on Avitum products for customers in accordance with B. Braun documented policies and procedures.Responds expediently to service requests for equipment maintenance from management and to properly coordinate necessary activities with both internal and external customers.Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Not limited to, but emphasizing B Braun IFU and service manual documented processes, travel policy, legal compliance policy, expense reporting policy, corporate credit card policy, and company vehicle policy.Completes and maintains with accuracy all associated paperwork and service reporting mechanisms.The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.General: It shall be the duty of every employee while at work to take a reasonable care for safety and health of himself/herself and other persons.Expertise: Knowledge & SkillsRequires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.
