Job Description Job Description Applications Engineer Applications Engineer Position Overview The Applications Engineer will serve as a key technical resource, bridging the gap between engineering and manufacturing to ensure optimal application of products and solutions. This role focuses on supporting customers with technical expertise, enhancing product performance, and driving successful implementation of engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product applications. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes and product usage. Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features and applications. Assist in the programming and setup of CNC machines to meet customer specifications. Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions using Siemens controls. Monitor product performance in the field and propose enhancements to improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in manufacturing and machining environments. Knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming. Familiarity with Siemens controls and/or 5-Axis technologies is prefferred. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
