Job Description Job Description B.H. Inc. is seeking an
experienced and detail-oriented Division Quality Manager to join
our Aggregates & Paving team in North Salt Lake, UT . This is a
full-time leadership position operating on a Monday through Friday
schedule, with occasional weekends required to support our
operations. We offer a competitive annual salary (negotiable based

leader overseeing all quality control and quality assurance
activities for our asphalt plants and aggregate operations. Your
"Day in the Life" will involve managing laboratory technicians,
overseeing quality control operations, and ensuring every mix at
the asphalt plant meets our high standards. You will play a
critical role in maintaining compliance with company standards,
state DOT specifications, and industry regulations while driving
operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the
division. Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge of asphalt mix
design and aggregate production. Proven experience in laboratory
testing procedures and regulatory compliance. Exceptional
leadership skills with experience managing laboratory technicians
and QC operations. Detail-oriented approach to sampling aggregates
and managing asphalt plant mixes. Ability to work effectively in a
