teams. As an Industrial Security Manager – Level 1 located in
Magna, UT , you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount
importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This
position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
The Industrial Security Manager – Level 1 will act as the Facility
Security Officer for our Magna, UT facility. In this job, you will:
Manage and provide security oversite for Northrop Grumman
facilities located in Magna, UT. Will be required to support other
UT. Northrop Grumman facilities on a limited basis Serve as the
Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the Northrop Grumman Magna, UT
facility Develop, implement, and administer security plans,
programs, and policies for the protection of classified or
proprietary materials, documents, hardware, and equipment Prepare
security plans outlining regulations, and establishes procedures
for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for screening,
granting personnel and visitors access to restricted areas,
information, and materials Study and implement federal security
regulations that apply to company operations 32 CFR Part 117, the
NISPOM Rule Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable
deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
Maintain compliance with US Government security regulations and
directives Participate in internal and external security compliance
assessment reviews and perform self-inspections to ensure
compliance with government and company regulations/ requirements
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action Conduct
Physical Security duties and responsibilities for maintaining and
establishing new Open Storage Areas (e.g., complete fixed/closed
facility checklists/survey areas, tempest checklist, review and
approve facility drawings for new or remodeled classified areas) to
ensure compliance with company and government
regulations/requirements Investigate security violations and
prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Maintain
personnel security database, conduct inquiries for security
incidents and ensure compliance with Government and company
reporting regulations/requirements Develop, implement, and
administer Security Awareness and Annual Refresher Training and
OPSEC program in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, the NISPOM Rule.
Perform security indoctrination briefings for newly assigned
personnel instructing individuals on the sensitivity of program
information, requirements for safeguarding program documentation
and facility security policies Perform Personnel Security processes
to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses
Prepare, review, and submit DD254s and work with Enterprise
Security Services Center Manage subcontracts to ensure security
compliance with government regulations requirements Maintain
classified accountability program, oversee secure storage and
workspaces for customers and company, conduct annual inventory of
accountable classified material Ensure that all classified
materials held by the sites are compliant with the regulations and
directives which govern marking, handling, controlling, removing,
transporting, sanitizing, reusing, and destroying classified
information and equipment containing classified information
Establish and maintain COMSEC and COMSEC accountability Provide
security support to all cleared employees and approved visitors
Conduct new employee security briefings, annual security refresher
briefings, derivative classification training, exit interviews,
debriefings, investigating and reporting security violations and
incident reports Manage and maintain site security camera and
badging access control systems Maintain the facility Insider Threat
Program and administers the Insider Threat Training for the site
Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with
3 years of professional experience Will consider an additional four
years of experience in lieu of a degree Requires an active U.S.
Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of
application, current and within scope Minimum of 2 years management
experience in related field Minimum of 2 years of experience as a
Facility Security Officer (FSO) or AFSO for Processing Facility
Requires completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing
Facilities Curriculum within first 30 days of appointment Preferred
Qualifications: Strong understanding of physical security
requirements and standing up of secure facilities Ability to
develop, implement and maintain a multi-disciplined security
program for complex, major acquisition programs Possess a thorough
understanding and working knowledge of NISPOM – 32 CFR Part 117,
OPSEC, COMSEC, personnel, industrial, cyber, physical, and
information security principles Understanding and familiarity of
DD-254 Implementation Requirements and Closeouts Familiarization
with issuing and overseeing contracts for facility security
Knowledge of MS Office suite software including Outlook, Word,
Excel and Access Proficient with NISS, DISS, eAPP, and SIMs
Knowledge of Contract Program Security Officer responsibilities
Knowledge of Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) DoD 5100.76
and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) compliance

Primary Level Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $142,600.00 The above
salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop
Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary
offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and
the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid
holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal
