LLC in Salt Lake City, UT Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice
President w/ Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, UT .
Analyze business processes within Margin, Collateral and Valuations
Operations (MCVO) using tooling for analysis and presentation of
data. Provide MCVO Leadership team with data driven recommendations
for process and technology enhancements. Work with Goldman Sachs
Change Delivery and Engineering teams to implement recommendations.
Ensure good process is followed with respect to change management.
Ensure that all changes deliver expected outcomes, through
measurement of benefits to ensure expectations are realized,
specifically focused on risk, client service, and cost. Coordinate
the business planning and budget management processes for the MCVO
function, involving close liaison with the MCVO Leadership Team,
Operations Management and the Finance and Strategy Teams. Job
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in
Finance, Economics, or related field. Seven (7) years of experience
in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must
include seven (7) years: Applying Collateral Management expertise
to understand impact of changing market, regulatory and technology
environment; applying Collateral Management expertise to interpret
process data to identify opportunities for improvement of risk
mitigation. Prior experience must include three (3) years: Using
Signavio to understand the construction of business design
modelling, how they are represented in an application, and to
deliver enhancements to model performance; using Business Process
Modelling Notation to document processes and required or proposed
changes to relevant stakeholders; using Excel to analyze large
quantities of data; using Microsoft PowerPoint to do deliver
impactful recommendations and/or information to assist in
management decision making processes; applying knowledge of Global
Uncleared Margin Rules to ensure business process design complies
with regulatory requirements; partnering and coordinating across
compliance, technology and finance operations to initiate, develop
and test requirements for implementing projects related to business
changes or regulatory requirements. Prior experience must include
one (1) year: Contributing to business planning and budget
management with relevant stakeholders, including operations,
