It's about time we connected.*Responsibilities Overview:Understand and champion our company's core valuesA social media and technology "All Star"Refine and maintain our recruitment and retention processesFacilitate and/or conduct regular trainings that help the team adhere to best practicesAdvise managers and key stakeholders on hiring decisionsEnsure prompt communication with applicants and handle offer negotiationsCollect and create action around Team Member Surveys / FeedbackOversee company celebrations and gatheringsTeam member development, career pathing, and temp labor organizationEngage internal project committeesSeize opportunities to share company success stories (aka --- cheerleading).

Requirements:
