This position is responsible for being the primary point of contact and relationship manager for prospective and existing Dentrix Developer Program (DDP) partners.

Sell prospective partners on the benefits of joining the DDP (including educating them on program benefits) and upsell them to higher levels of integration (and higher associated partner fees).
Manage DDP applications through the approval process, including understanding and explaining contract provisions, and promptly answering questions
Coordinate with resources in Development as testing occurs and approve Connected Partner products, and communicate effectively to Development and the partners
Market the DDP program online, by creating content for (e.g. FAQs) and maintaining the DDP website, and explaining to prospective partners the specifics of the program including contract provisions and legal obligations
Help Partners get products live on the Marketplace, by understanding benefits and operational details
Submit contracts through Legal for signature and approval
Act as the partnership relationship manager and primary contact for the majority of DDP partners.
Act as a negotiator and facilitator between customers and Support in order to resolve integration issues.
Perform frequent audits of the DDP member contracts and ensure Legal, HSPS, and DDP all have the same version of the contract
Generate API keys, explain how the APIs work, and help partners resolve technical issues. Guide partners through the Connected Partner approval process with Development to get products live on the Marketplace.
Ensure partners are paying fees (working with Finance on collections)
Track and analyze royalties payments and annual renewals from DDP members, and coordinate with Finance for collections activities on delinquent accounts that are appropriate in a B2B partnership context.
Participate in development of programs similar to DDP for other products (beyond Dentrix Core)
Work with Development to improve documentation

Intermediate level professional; developing knowledge within own discipline.
Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity required to perform tasks.
Frequently apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field.
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Work on problems of limited to moderate scope and impact where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve straightforward problems.
Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practice to determine appropriate action.
Build productive internal/external working relationships.

Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
Basic understanding of industry practices
General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic presentation and public speaking skills
Basic interpersonal skills
