DescriptionREGIONAL MANAGER, UTABOUT USDealerPolicy is a rapidly growing company in the Automotive and InsurTech space. DealerPolicy's web-based insurance platform provides a strategic value-add to auto dealerships by creating a unique buying experience accompanied by consistent customer savings. DealerPolicy's technology is positioned within auto dealerships, enabling dealership customers to receive insurance quotes during the car-buying process. These customers are then connected to DealerPolicy's wholly owned Insurance Agency, to complete the insurance transaction.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a dynamic individual, who is sales focused and performance driven. This individual will build and lead a team of Market Mangers, responsible for growing and maintaining our dealership portfolio. The Regional Director will work closely with their team to identify growth opportunities, build on and sell DealerPolicy's value proposition, measure and maintain dealer relationships and performance, while building a competitive team and performance driven culture. This role will be instrumental in carrying out our company's core values to employees and clients across the country.WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Exude a sales focused, performance driven mentality
  • Lead dealership sales initiatives within territory
  • Build and lead a team of Market Managers
  • Manage hiring process for new Market Managers in territory
  • Work with this team to develop and maintain a portfolio of dealerships in which we exceed company, client and customer expectations
  • Establish a team culture of success, competitiveness, teamwork, purpose and fun
  • Train and lead the team on expert use of CRM and other data insights to increase business development, dealership performance, and team efficiency
  • Engage, coach, mentor and interact with the team to provide feedback and direction daily
  • Develop systems of checks and balances in addition to what is provided to hold your team accountable for sales and on-going dealership performance
  • Identify quarterly/monthly dealership target accounts and develop strategic initiatives to improve performance
  • Provide feedback and suggestions back to leadership
  • Act as the main point of contact for field questions and concerns in your territoryRequirementsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
    • 5+ years of relevant sales and account management experience
    • Experience growing a territory in the automotive space
    • Strong knowledge of automotive industry, dealerships sales, and F&I processes
    • Previous experience managing a small to medium sized team
    • Drive to succeed in a dynamic, high-growth business environment
    • Effectively lead a team of people against KPIs
    • You are confident, proactive, self-motivated, decisive, and accountable for actions
    • Ability to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and create practical ideas to solve
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent and nuanced written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and administration (documentation) skills
    • Strong ability to interpret data to understand dealer performance
    • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
    • Must maintain confidentiality of employee and customer records
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
