Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking to hire multiple
Model-Based Requirements, Integration, and Architecture (MB-RIA)
Managers to its team of diverse and qualified individuals. These
positions will be located in either Roy, Utah, Colorado Springs OR
Huntsville, AL and will support the Ground Based Strategic
Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development,
production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for
Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne
Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated
infrastructure.What you will get to do:The SET IPT will be hiring 3
leaders to their organization:MB-RIA (Model-Based Requirements,
Integration, and Architecture) Governance Lead Manager 2: will be
responsible for defining model process and guidance for the GBSD
program. This person will also be functionally responsible for the
governance team which includes goal setting, performance reviews,
and people management. This person is expected to be well versed in
Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices and principles and
have experience implementing MBSE in previous roles.The expectation
is the MB-RIA Governance Lead defines the process and approach to
ensure a consistent and fully synchronized model and prioritize and
assign the model governance change requests to the architects who
report directly to them.MB-RIA Architecture Lead Manager 2: will be
responsible for setting the vision for system and segment level
architecture development for GBSD. This person will also be
functionally responsible for the architecture team which includes
goal setting, performance reviews, and people management. This
person is expected to be well versed in Model-Based Systems
Engineering (MBSE) practices and principles and have experience
implementing MBSE in previous roles. The expectation is the MB-RIA
architecture leads defines what needs to be done to ensure a
consistent and fully traceable model and prioritize and assign the
work to the architects who report directly to them.The MB-RIA
Deputy Manager 2: will be responsible for direct management of
senior technical thread leads and ensuring Weapon System
Specification intent is being met in the lower-level requirements.
Duties will include designated on authority (DOA) responsibilities
for the MB-RIA organization and functional responsibility for
thread leads which entails performance reviews, goal setting, and
people management.As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space

Salary Range: $123,900 USD - $195,700 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
