a Project Manager. This position will be located in Roy, UT and
will support the GBSD Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program.

Do:Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects
and serves as liaison between project management and planning,
project team, and line management.Reviews status of projects and
budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.Assesses
project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity,
quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.Develops
mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and
problem solving with project managers, line managers, and
clients.Specific duties include but are not limited to seating,
facility planning, lab and equipment identification, and
utilization.Collects and analyzes metrics and present in such as
way for leadership to make decisionsAs a full-time employee of

standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows
employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take
every other Friday off.You'll Bring These Qualifications:3 Years
with Bachelors; 1 Year with Masters.Must have U.S. Citizenship with
a current or active Secret level clearance.These Qualifications
Would be Nice to Have:Previous experience leading a team in
successful completion of projects.Intermediate to expert in
Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel and
Word.Experience using agile methodologies and tools.Experience in
technical data development is a plus.DoD Top Secret clearance or
previously held.#GBSDprogmgmt"Salary Range: $58,800 USD - $88,200
USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
