Your Impact:

The Digital Project Manager will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, be detail oriented, a self-starter, and have an enthusiasm for excellence in their work.

The individual in this role is responsible for managing the many moving parts of the company's marketing campaigns and projects. This includes digital marketing and demand gen campaigns, product campaigns, and events. The person in this position will work cross functionally to organize, collect stakeholder input, communicate, and streamline our marketing campaigns and events.

A Day in the Life

Create cohesive marketing strategies that can/may encompass multiple marketing platforms.
Interact with the agency creative team and outside contractors to manage projects to completion.
Manage scope and client expectations regarding timing and delivery of search marketing initiatives.
Drive the execution and innovation of search marketing campaigns throughout all phases including development, design, launch, evaluation, and reporting.
Create monthly reporting and recommendations.
Independently run client calls and meetings to present and discuss agency analytics and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends and attaining/maintaining certification in Google Ads, SEO, and Social.
Responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high volume environment.
Responsible for tracking project schedules and documenting and communicating change requests to project scope and timeline.
Supports an efficient and effective process that provides successful outcomes. Manages that process to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget.
Assist with other business objectives as needed.

Requirements:

College degree and 3 years of related work experience, or Associate degree and 3 years related work experience, or High School diploma/equivalent and 5 years related work experience
Must perform well under time-sensitive deadlines
Must possess strong organizational skills
Must be able to lead initiatives
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
