Job Description:

A travel agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Travel Agency Service Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Providing day to day guidance to agent team within span of control
Developing and implementing solid plans to drive results
Monitoring success metrics frequently
Position Requirements Include:

5-7 years' experience in the travel industry
5-7 years' customer service experience
Proficient in designated one or more GDS systems
Ability to identify root cause, creating process improvement to have wider impact
Ability to respond to high level escalated customer service issues
Ability to relate to and understand agent and supervisor roles
