• People manage a team of engineers (focusing on team happiness, output, and growth)
• Collaborate with Product to visualize the future of Zip, manage ongoing projects, and prioritize upcoming ones
• Work on and help develop a modern cloud-based, event-driven microservice architecture
• Participate in our blameless culture which focuses on teamwork and collaboration (we fail together and we succeed together!)What You Bring:
  • Direct software engineering experience
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills
  • A proactive focus on getting things done, strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with set deadlines Bonus points if you have
    • Experience managing or mentoring engineers
    • Experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, Typescript, or similar programming languages
    • Experience with Domain Driven Design, CQRS, and Event Sourcing
