Job Description:

full-time Junior Assistant Program Manager (Program Management
Training Program) with leadership experience and strong
organizational skills who can join our team Utah (Salt lake City or
Provo). This position will accelerate your learning opportunities
and career growth within Surefox by immersing you into the inner
workings of the organization with an emphasis on using independent
judgment and discretion on tasks intended to train the skills
needed for program management. Your primary duties will include
performing tasks under the supervision of top Surefox leadership to
learn how to successfully manage and execute entire programs in
accordance with client and/or Surefox leadership directives. You
are expected to have a strong work ethic demonstrated by setting
high standards of performance, as well as be able to interact in a
professional and respectful manner with fellow employees, employees

time. What you will do: Serve as an operational focal point for
administrative actions and relevant projects to support the Deputy
Chiefs of Staff and the Strategic Area Managers Manage complex
projects assigned by Assistant Program Manager and/or Program
Managers; lead the collaboration for the projects across all
appropriate sections to ensure all stakeholder perspectives are
integrated Coordinate projects across staff sections under the
direction of the Deputy Chiefs of Staff and Assistant Chiefs of
Staff as applicable Format information for internal and external
communications in the form of memos, emails, presentations and
reports Work closely with the account teams to keep them informed
of upcoming commitments and responsibilities ensuring to follow up
as required Other substantive projects and duties related to the
Company's general business matters as assigned by the Deputy Chiefs
of Staff for the overall benefit of the organization Provide
updates to senior leadership on assigned cross-departmental
projects, including progress assessments, resources required, and
risks to completion of assigned projects in a matrixed organization
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in developing and
offering a divergent perspective in operational and strategic
decision making Research, find, and introduce industry best
practices to support Surefox's continued growth and
professionalization/improvement Provide input and guidance to the
Deputy Chief of Staff on the Junior Assistant Program Manager
training process to enable the improvement of the process What you
will learn: How to serve as the program primary leader, responsible
for successful management and execution of an entire program in
accordance with client and/or Surefox leadership directives How to
serve as the primary focal point for communications with client
Theory and practice of setting the example while modeling good
leadership, decision making, professionalism, and communication for
the people within your program How to initiate and set goals for
programs according to organizational strategic objectives
Development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) How
to devise evaluation strategies to monitor program performance and
identify improvement areas Implementation of internal methods of
efficiency improvement Communication of program issues, statuses,
and progress to upper management during Surefox coordination
meetings How to assess and prioritize client requirements through
key engagements and program manager feedback Consolidation of
information for briefings and reports to the client on the health
and performance of the program How to lead creation and
presentation of quarterly business review (QBR) to the client under
Strategic Account Manager supervision Planning and execution of the
development of new programs aligned with organizational growth
Identification methods of opportunities, coordination of
engagements, and implementation strategies to develop new business
opportunities How to develop, mentor, and train your assistant
program managers and other direct reports to enhance efficiency and
productivity in accordance with the Surefox Counseling Program
Conducting cross-functional collaboration with other programs and
staff to address and solve higher level organizational issues and
initiatives How to ensure operations and activities adhere to
federal and state regulations as well as Surefox policies How to
serve as program's primary focal point for managing and preparing
MSAs/SOWs in direct coordination with the Surefox Legal Department
and under the guidance of the Strategic Account Manager How to
develop, control, and supervise program budgets to ensure resources
are devoted to strategic objectives How to audit Time and
Attendance on HRIS for respective areas Coordination of proper
administrative and logistical support to ensure quality control of
services provided What is required: Must be eligible for employment
within the United States Must be a full time resident of the state
of Utah. Must have passed or be able to pass the Utah Contract
Security Company Qualifying Agent Exam. Must have a minimum of
6,000 hours of compensated experience as a manager, supervisor, or
administrator of a contract security company. Must be willing to be
a corporate officer and hold the contract security company license
for the company and maintain the license in good standing with the
state of Utah. Cannot be engaged in any other employment on a
regular basis including with a government agency Must have
Associates Degree or equivalent Must be able to pass an extensive
background check and drug screening 2-5 years of work experience in
program/project management or similar role Must have exceptional
attention to detail Strong organizational and time management
skills Must be a self-starter and driven Strong problem-solving
skills and analytical abilities Must be proficient with Microsoft
Office and Google Suite applications Ability to effectively
communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
Display sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound
decisions Ability to create and manage budgets Ability to work
independently and as a team member Fully vaccinated status related
to COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) by anticipated start date and ability to provide
proof upon request What is desired: Military background is a plus
Experience in working with Director Level Employees and Up 4-Year
Bachelor's Degree or Project Management Professional (PMP)
