In 2016, the agency joined the Dentsu Aegis Network.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a leader to manage our Nonprofit Digital Technology team. The purpose of this role is to drive the day-to-day operations of digital messaging and online fundraising delivery by leading a team of execution specialists. This person will be a people leader, as well as a technical escalation point. The role reports to the Director of Engineering, Campaign Platforms.The activities for this role may range from platform assessments to project implementations to troubleshooting issues.This is a client-facing role for someone with a technical mind and strong communication skills - even when communicating with non-technical peopleQualificationsKey Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor team of platform specialists (Luminate Online, Charity Engine, EveryAction, SFMC, etc.)
  • Inspire the team members as they grow in their career, including goal setting and performance feedback
  • Work with client and account team members to collect and define requirements for new projects
  • Assist with platform audits and evaluations
  • Oversee platform migrations and implementations
  • Evangelize the team, sharing key projects with leadership teams (including case studies, internal presentations, etc.)
  • Support business development activities by responding to RFPs and contributing to SOWs
  • Plan and host Nonprofit Developer Forums to inspire innovation through technology
  • Coordinate project deliverables, working with team members to prioritize tasks
  • Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients

    • Strong communication and leadership
    • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    • SQL Experience a plus

    • FTP
    • Able to perform analysis of incoming data and understand how the data relates to requirements
    • Understanding and ability to implement data loading and validation conceptsExperience
      • 4+ years experience in a fast-paced development role
      • Experience with nonprofit platforms (Luminate Online, Charity Engine, EveryAction, etc.)
      • Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS
      • Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts a plusOther
        • Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable technical field, or work experience that demonstrates comparable technical abilities required
        • Ability to deliver a high quality of work, with minimal supervision, to Fortune 500 clients. You "do things right the first time" and are used to being trusted upon to build the best possible solution in a reasonable timeframe
        • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
