Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr Principal Project
Management. This position will be located in Roy, Utah or
Huntsville, Alabama and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program.

What You'll Get To Do:
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing
projects and serves as liaison between project management and
planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and
prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet
productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for
intervention and problem solving with project managers, line

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday
to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- 10 Years of experience with Bachelor's Degree; 8 Years with
- Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date
occurring in the last 5 years.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Experience leading teams.
- Experience assimilating information from multiple sources,
create coherent plans and then execute those plans.
- Project management and earned-value management experience.These
Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Extensive experience leading teams.
- Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with the
ability to solve issues and predict potential programmatic and
- Operates independently with limited supervision, and the
ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical
staff, peers, and customers
- Able to assimilate information from multiple sources, create
coherent plans and then execute those plans
- Demonstration of a strong understanding of project management
and earned-value management principles and their application to
- 3 plus years' experience in project management
Salary Range: $94,500 USD - $141,700 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
