Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. The Sentinel Program is seeking a Program Control Manager 3 to provide cost/schedule management support to the GBSD Program. The selected candidate will report to the Sentinel Business Unit Deputy Business Manager and will partner with Segment Business Managers to oversee the successful execution and incorporation of supplier IPMDARs, provides supplier EVMS oversight, and develop material EVMS processes. The Program Control Manager 3 will lead a team of cost and schedule analysts. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency of developing and motivating staff in a team environment with excellent interpersonal, planning, presentation, and organizational skills. This position will require to report to worksite located in Roy, UT. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing business management insight and partnership to Subcontract Management Teams managing the supply base Leading and supporting supplier IBRs and EVMS surveillances, partnering with the SMTs, Business Management, and the DCMA to track actions to closure Leading material EVMS process development including partnering with MMAS and MRP counterparts to accurate and compliant EVMS reporting Ensuring effective compliance with EVMS requirements for Prime material and suppliers Overseeing and ensuring quality of cost and schedule data delivered to internal and external customers, including EVMS reporting requirements. 25% Travel Requirement to meet business needs Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with 10+ years of industry related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 8+ years of industry related experience. Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Experience with Earned Value cost/schedule reporting (e.g., IPMRs, IPMDARs, CFSRs, and CCDR/CSDRs). Experience leading teams of leaders to successful outcomes. Experience operating within highly compliant business environments (e.g., Earned Value Management, TINA Compliant Cost Estimating, FAR/DFARS required Contracting, CAS, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced Excel data analysis competency. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or a Master's degree in a Business-related field. Management experience. Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis to team and/or management. Experience using Deltek COBRA cost management and Oracle Primavera software tools. Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance. US citizenship is a prerequisite. Salary Range: $134,200 USD - $201,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
