Job Description:

As Vontier's Investor Relations Manager you will have the opportunity to be accountable for a broad range of functions that support Vontier's communications with the investment community. You will learn and build an in-depth knowledge of Vontier's innovative solutions, competitive differentiation, addressable market, operational functions, and financial performance. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations, you will have high visibility within the organization, providing the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on the quality of the company's strategic communications.



**WHAT YOU WILL DO**



+ Collaborate with the broader finance team as you analyze financial results and compile key performance statistics and other relevant information for strategic use and impact across Vontier's earnings calendar and strategic communications mechanisms. This includes regular formal and informal engagements with our investors along with our public earnings disclosures and quarterly investor community calls.



+ Thoughtful, deliberate preparation and coordination of quarterly earnings deliverables and other investor materials including corporate presentations, press releases, conference call scripts and Q&A documents



+ Monitor and provide insights to company leadership from peer activity including news releases, earnings calls, key sell-side research reports, and other relevant investor community analyses



+ Own and administer CRM database to ensure meeting notes are complete for meetings with analyst, investors and other stakeholders



+ Monitor and assess changes in trends of the ownership of company stock



+ As the knowledge expert analyze economic and sector updates, analyst research, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to deliver actionable insights to the investor relations and senior leadership teams



+ Efficiently and professionally respond to inbound investor inquirie. Participate in investor and analyst calls/meetings when feasible



+ Assisting in research pertaining to the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), including the various frameworks and reporting standards, and contributing to the strategic development and communication of the Company



**WHO YOU ARE**



+ Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related business experience, preferably in investor relations, corporate FP&A, corporate development or equity research



+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.; MBA is a plus, but not essential



+ Superior writing, communication and presentation skills are required. Ability to interface at high levels of the organization to deploy strategy



+ Must have a comprehensive understanding and proven financial, valuation and analytical skills



+ Must have strong project management skills and be adaptable to shifting responsibilities and priorities in a dynamic environment



+ Should be a flexible, self-starter able to anticipate the needs of the leadership team



+ Should demonstrate humility and ability to collaborate across business functions and operating companies
