We are looking for Customer Service Manager to be based at our Salt Lake City, UTOffice location.Senior-level position that provides leadership and management to a customer service support organization servicing multiple products and services. Executes business strategy and processes to adapt and support customer requirements. Initiates and/or implements corrective action for complex customers and issues as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.Who You Are:A Leader, Effective Communicator, Positive & Approachable, Problem Solver!Skills You Bring:Proven working experience in managing and leading customer service team.2 to 5 plus year's customer service experience in manufacturing (glass and aluminum work experience preferred).Must be able to multi-task, organized, efficient, accurate and detailed oriented.Must be able to work successfully in a fast paced environment.Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, time management, and conflict management skills.Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).What you will be doing:Manage, coach and support Customer Service Team.Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in the Glass, Aluminum, and Envision Customer Service Departments.Provides team with timely and accurate feedback of performance reviews, disciplinary problems, production issues, customer issues, material shortages, equipment problems etc. when required or appropriate.Motivates customer service team to meet or exceed performance expectations.Communicates effectively with customers & various facets of the organization to ensure excellent customer satisfaction both verbally and in writing.Why Trulite:Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
