This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program.What You'll Get To Do:Integration activities include performing or managing work related to operations, planning, configuration and data management, digital engineering, business management, global supply chain, risk management, processes and tools, and engineering. This position regularly interfaces with senior management within the IPT, across the program, and with our customers. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison for the team. The selected candidate will be a strong self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills. The position will have the opportunity to define solutions to operational challenges to streamline work and generate efficiencies. The selected candidate will help to instill operational discipline and rigor within the team to enable high performance. The candidate will be adaptable and able to demonstrate agility relative to evolving priorities.Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:Serve as an overall integration function for the test program engaging in many ad hoc activities required to ensure streamlined cadence for test operations and execution.Collaborate across all functions within the program to develop advanced concepts, techniques and requirements for new applications and tools.Facilitate internal and external meetings to support the System Test Team and represent Test in appropriate program reviews or boards.Identify and mitigate project risks throughout project life cycle.Support and generate proposal documentation as needed to foster new work.Develop and deliver high level briefings to Test Leadership.Provide solutions to complex problems that are consistent with the organization's objectives.Identify opportunities for change and champion needed changes in the organization.Monitor cost, schedule, scope, and risks.This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Job Qualifications:You'll Bring These Qualifications:Sr Principal Project Management - 10 years of experience with Bachelors' degree; 4 years of experience with a Masters' degree; 4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP).Must have a Secret level security clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years prior to commencement of employment.Experience using Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Project, Excel).Demonstrated knowledge of project management fundamentals.Demonstrated ability to lead a team.These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Project management, business administration, or other related fields.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
