Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible -managing and
leading manufacturing department group leaders, team leaders, and
team members for assigned areas/shift to ensure safety, quality,
positive work environment, customer requirements, and manufacturing
needs are met. Provide leadership and motivation to direct reports
in manufacturing system that emphasizes safety, quality, customer
satisfaction, accuracy, productivity, cost reduction, housekeeping,
efficiency, training, teamwork, and morale. - -Duties and

position has supervisory responsibilities. The AGM role will have
the PM of pre/post manufacturing, PM of Manufacturing, Safety
Coordinator, Leaders in Training all reporting to them. -Physical
Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this
job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. This
position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending,
kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The
Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus.Position Type/Expected Hours
of Work:This is a full-time -salary -position, and hours of work
and days -are decided by production and your reporting General
Manager. Travel:Travel would be minimal and would be primarily
local during the business day.Preferred Education and
Experience:
- Manufacturing/industry experience.
