to department management; coordinates program and operations
research and analysis; and provides successful planning,
administration and execution of a specific program(s). Provides
information related to planning, policy development, work methods
and procedures, manpower utilization, organizational structure,
distribution of assignments and information management.A Master's
degree in a related field is preferred.Responsibilities 1. Provides
information related to planning, policy development, work methods
and procedures, manpower utilization, organizational structure,
distribution of assignments, information management.2. Provides
program and operations research and analysis.3. Conducts studies,
productivity analyses and surveys to improve systems.4. Analyzes
new program plans, goals and objectives.5. Assists in the
preparation and evaluation of special projects.6. Facilitates and
conducts management team group processes.7. Designs forms, graphs,
and charts to summarize information.8. Determines statistical
methods used to analyze data.9. Develops and implements policies
and procedures related to department/University financial
issues.10. May be assigned special projects requiring a knowledge
