talented Human Resource Manager for their team. This role will
serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and other leadership team
members, and is responsible for defining, developing, and
implementing human resources initiatives within an assigned market

per yearHR Manager Qualifications:7-10 years of Human Resources
experience which includes:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (or equivalent
experience)
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP certification
- Talent Management
- Employee Relations
- Training and development
- 5-7 years of progressive supervisory experience overseeing HR
support roles
- Strategic executive leadership collaboration HR Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:Support our management team in a highly
diverse range of issues such as:
- Manage internal staff relations and maintain a positive working
environment while following company core values
- Employee health and benefit program administration
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations to achieve
performance and quality controls objectives
- Coordinates and directs internal and external audits
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional
growth
- Ensures department stays focused on their important role in
Human Resources
- Works to create consistency of practice for all HR policies and
ensures they are following federal, state, and local
regulations
- Developing and maintaining office and company policies, updated
company handbooks, employee files, operations, discipline,
recruiting, onboarding, orientation and training and other
procedures, as necessary
- Handle internal inquiries, questions, injuries, and workers
